I have just been notified that there has been a confirmed case of mumps within the swimming club.
This is not to alarm people, but just to inform you, and for you to be aware of signs and symptoms of this illness, in case your child becomes ill.

Training continues  as usual up to and including Thursday 29 July.
Friday 30 July will be a fun session for all those who usually swim on Fridays at Academy Sport 6-7pm only

There will then be a two week break.

From Monday 16 August there will be tickover training held at Queen Anne's school in Caversham

Early morning sessions to be confirmed nearer the time            

As you are aware we are holding a 24 hour relay to raise money for the charity "Wheelpower" on 17/18 July.
Therefore there will be no training at Academy Sport on Sunday 18 July. However swimmers are very welcome to come along to The Abbey to take part in the relay with or without sponsorship. Please sign up on out Teamer events page or let Rachel Brampton know.
